Returns & Exchange Policy

Refunds:

  • At Treadwest, we create custom-made shorts specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed and production begins.

Exchanges:

  • We understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned. While we can't offer traditional refunds, we do offer exchanges for store credit with limited exceptions.

What cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Items that are worn, washed, or have missing tags
  • Items with stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear

Exchange Process:

  • Request: To request an exchange, please email us at info@treadwest.com within 15 days of your delivery date.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Multiple Orders: If returning items from multiple orders, please include a separate return form or packing slip from each order.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Processing: Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, carrier delivery issues, or customer refusal, you will receive store credit (minus the original shipping charge) in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Order Changes:

  • We are happy to make changes to your order whenever possible, but please note that once your order is placed, it may not be possible to modify it.

Incorrect Address:

  • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at purchase. Please double-check your address for accuracy before finalizing your order.

Reserved Rights:

  • Treadwest reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns due to excessive return history, worn/damaged items, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Non-Treadwest Items:

  • Any items not purchased from Treadwest sent to our distribution center will be discarded.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of your delivery date at info@treadwest.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
